How to Start?
It is quite simple actually.

Browse to the Friends+Me website and click the “GET STARTED” button.
Step 2: Confirm Permissions Request
Friends+Me requires you to confirm permissions request to be able to access your Google+ activities through Google+ API.
Step 3: Connect Your Facebook to Friends+Me
Now is time to connect your Facebook account to Friends+Me. So click the “Connect Facebook” button.
Confirm “Go to app” button.
